[Content determination] Determined according to HPLC determination.

Chromatographic conditions and system suitability test: Use ODS as filler; acetonitrile-water (23:77) as mobile phase; detection wavelength as 203nm. The number of theoretical plates should not be less than 3000 calculated on the peak of Mogroside V.

Preparation of reference solution: Take an appropriate amount of Mogroside V reference substance, accurately weigh it, and add a mobile phase to make a solution containing 0.2 mg per 1 ml and get it.

Preparation of test solution: Take about 0.5g powder (passed through a No. 4 sieve), accurately weigh it, and place it in a stoppered conical flask. Add 50ml methanol accurately, tightly stopper, weigh it, and heat to reflux for 2 hours.  Let it cool, weigh it again, make up the lost weight with methanol, shake well, and filter. Accurately measure 20ml subsequent filtrate, recover the solvent to dryness, add 10ml of water to dissolve, pass through the macroporous adsorption resin column AB-8 (inner diameter of 1cm, column height of 10cm), eluting with 100ml water, discard the aqueous solution, and eluting with 100ml 20% ethanol, discard the eluate, then eluate with 100ml dilute ethanol, collect the eluate, recover the solvent to dryness, add the mobile phase to the residue to dissolve, transfer to a 10ml volumetric flask, add the mobile phase to the mark, shake evenly, then get it.

Detection method: Precisely draw 10μl each of the reference solution and test solution, and inject it into the HPLC instrument for determination.

This product is calculated as a dry product and contains no less than 0.50% of Mogroside V (C60H102O29).
