Origanum Vulgare Leaf Extract Introduction:
Origanum Vulgare Leaf Extract (oregano extract) is rich in phenols and contains carvacrol, rosmoarinic acid and thymol. Oregano oil is the volatile oil extracted from oregano. As one of feed drug additives, it is safe, efficient, green, without contraindications. The main components of oregano oil are phenols, carvacrol, thymol, terpinene, of which carvacrol and thymol have been proved to have strong antibacterial activity. In addition, carvacrol and thymol are active in the outer layer of intestinal epithelial cells, which can accelerate the renewal rate of intestinal epithelial cells, reduce pathogen infection on intestinal epithelial cells, and enhance nutrition.
