Chromatographic Conditions and System Suitability Test:
Use ODS as filler, acetonitrile-water (22:78) as mobile phase, and detection wavelength as 283nm, the number of theoretical plates should not be less than 2000 calculated based on the peak of hesperidin.
Preparation of Reference Solution:
Take an appropriate amount of hesperidin reference substance, accurately weigh it, and add methanol to make a solution containing 0.4 mg per 1 ml, and get it.
Preparation of Test Solution:
Take about 0.2g coarse powder (pass through No. 2 sieve) of this product, accurately weigh it, and place it in a stoppered conical flask, then accurately add 25ml methanol, close the stopper, weigh it, and after ultrasonic treatment (power 300W; frequency 40kHz) for 45 minutes , let it cool, then weigh it again, make up the lost weight with methanol, and shake well, filter, then take the filtrate, and get it.
Detection Method:
Precisely draw 5μl each of the reference solution and the test solution, and inject them into the HPLC instrument for determination, and get it.
Calculated as dried product, the content of hesperidin shall not be less than 3. 5% as a dried product.
